Landsec faced that very challenge after launching its flexible serviced office offering, Myo. Having identified the need to become more distinguished amongst the competition, Landsec invited J2 to review the existing brand and communications strategy – making sure they truly reflected Myo’s distinctive proposition and connected with its audience.
A rigorous research and insight phase led to us repositioning Myo for a more sophisticated audience, along with creating a revised set of brand guidelines to pave the way for growth. We then developed a new creative positioning and marketing campaign built around service, style, and ultimately, the customer.

As brand champions for Myo, we continue to partner with the Landsec team to apply the revitalised brand to digital and social campaigns, leasing materials, signage, and a whole suite of engagement initiatives. Making sure every experience people have with Myo feels consistent and cohesive.
