BentallGreenOak and WELPUT asked us to help reshape Regent's Wharf as a modern canalside campus and achieve stand out in a crowded office market.

Our solution? A disruptive campaign featuring electric eels, flying pigs, and a vintage-inspired brand identity. By weaving in the site's rich history across a new website, marketing suite, and on-site signage, we reconnected Regent's Wharf with today's King's Cross, making heritage a powerful selling point.

Looking back to move forward

Taking inspiration from the key role Regent’s Wharf played in transforming London into an international powerhouse, we used vintage-style imagery and typography as a central pillar of the new brand. This not only paid tribute to the site’s roots, but also led to the development of a singular look and feel that could only have been produced here.

We’ve since rolled out the brand across a full website, launch campaign, and stunning marketing suite, alongside artwork and signage that celebrates the past while bringing it into the physical fabric of today’s campus.
