About

A neoclassical marvel standing proud on Bloomsbury Square, Victoria House is a beautiful heritage building repurposed into London’s most inspiring life science hub. Alongside Oxford Properties, we created a brand strategy that lent into this compelling juxtaposition.

Precise yet expressive, ‘The Art of Science’ helped Victoria House stand out in a saturated market and attract the world’s biggest pharmaceutical names to the Knowledge Quarter.

Text on a dark greenish-blue background reads, The Art of Science and Victoria House London in white capital and title case letters.
Four vertical banners with surreal botanical artwork and Victoria House London text hang between columns on a neoclassical building façade.
Close-up view of an ornate Ionic column with fluted shaft and volute capitals, supporting a detailed entablature on a classical stone building.
A large neoclassical building with columns and multiple windows stands behind a park with trees, benches, and people sitting or walking.
Spacious conference room with a long table, black chairs, large windows, wood panelling, chandeliers, a television, whiteboard, armchairs, and indoor plants.

Solution

The place for landmark discoveries

Life science workspaces are often hard-edged, austere glass boxes. But not Victoria House. The Art of Science campaign celebrated the rarity of a historic landmark offering cutting-edge lab space with a series of elevated art pieces and a voice that brought Bloomsbury’s storied scientific history to life.

A digital collage features a test tube, an Ionic column, a DNA helix, geometric shapes, digital patterns, and a cloud, representing themes of science and technology.
A bus stop advert for Victoria House London promoting The Art of Science with text and an image of a modern laboratory interior.
A person holds a mobile phone displaying a website for Victoria House London with the text Discover the details and a button labelled Find Out More.
Three framed abstract art prints hang on a textured wall, each combining botanical, human, and animal elements with geometric shapes under directional light.

Campaign

Bespoke lead generation

With a broad audience – from local startups to global pharma giants – the leasing campaign prioritised performance marketing. Here, targeted messaging was supported by our moving artwork to position Victoria House as the home of life science in Holborn and Bloomsbury.
