About

Not many people know about Lower Marsh, let alone lease offices there. But maybe that’s the beauty of this place? It’s a hidden gem, right next door to Waterloo station, with all the charm of a local village community.

Leaning into Lower Marsh’s surprisingly central location and quirky charm, we positioned LOMA as uncommonly inspiring offices for those who refuse to follow the flock.

People sit and stand in a modern outdoor courtyard with greenery, benches, a small fountain, and a sign reading “OMA” on a wall near glass doors.

Solution

Inside the city, Outside the norm.

Turning our ‘problem position’ into a compelling benefit, we celebrated LOMA (LOwer + MArsh) as ‘everything your business needs right where you didn't think to look’. This playful positioning was supported by an illustrative identity bursting with character and fittingly left of field.

A person holds a mobile phone displaying a promotional webpage for LOMA, featuring an image of a building and the text, THIS HIDDEN GEM IS RIGHT ON TIME.
