Precision engineered excellence
- XLB Property
After a JV acquisition, Tristan Capital Partners and XLB Property began a strategic investment programme in Cody Technology Park to reinforce its standing as Europe’s leading campus for the aerospace and defence industries. Now, the brand needed an upgrade to match.
Bringing innovation to the fore, we engineered a bold identity along the principles that define the Park itself: precision, security, intelligence, collaboration, and unwavering forward momentum.

The brandmark
The geometry of progress
Clean but characterful with iconic letterforms, the brandmark isn’t just a badge. It’s a blueprint for the whole visual system.
Evoking progress, movement, and the flow of ideas, the engineered curves inform illustration grids, iconography, motion behaviours, and even signage systems.
Inspiration
Led by innovation
Cody is no ordinary business park. Strategically placed at the birthplace of British aviation, it’s a purpose-built hub for leaders in aerospace, defence and advanced technology to thrive alongside the brightest minds in their fields.
Here, innovation isn’t an aspiration. It’s built into the architecture, culture and purpose of the place itself. This became our North star, informing a brand system that feels intelligent, precise, and future-focused – without ever being cold or inaccessible.
Colour
Between possibility and control
The colour palette expresses precision and energy by combining deep graphite and high-contrast white with measured jolts of striking, engineered orange.
Beautiful clarity
Illustration & Iconography
Functional and technical, the brand’s iconography is rooted in precision too. Each clean, engineered form reflects the industries Cody serves, while the minimalist design ensures clarity in high-information environments.

Signage
Identity in the environment
The brand comes to life throughout the environment, particularly in signage, where the imagery highlights mechanical expertise and human intelligence. Reinforcing Cody as a place where people and ideas are as integral as the infrastructure itself.
