About

Poised to redefine the skyline, 100 Kensington by SevenCapital will soon become the tallest residential building in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. However, with the landmark development yet to break ground, we couldn’t just sell homes, we had to sell a future life just waiting to be discovered.

White text on a light background reads 100ken in an elegant, overlapping serif typeface.
Dark grey surface featuring abstract, curved, and overlapping embossed lines forming geometric and organic shapes.

Solution

The art of elevated living

'A new horizon' brings to life the idea of elevated living, both in terms of the building’s record-breaking height and the heightened experiences it offers.

Positioning 100 Kensington as a rare blend of sanctuary and sophistication, the brand is built around compelling contrasts. Both contemporary and timeless, it’s enriched with a tone of voice that’s bold yet understated.

A hardback book titled 100 Kensington the oria rests upright on a beige upholstered chair; the cover also features the logos of SevenCapital and MARK.
An open magazine rests on a maroon chair, displaying a page with text on the left and a modern dining room with a city view on the right.

Impact

Already a landmark

By focusing on building emotional connections, we transformed an unbuilt residential tower into a new lifestyle destination in one of London’s most prestigious boroughs.
With high engagement and strong off-plan sales, 100 Kensington has been brought to life long before it opens its doors.

Three minimalist brochures for 100 Kensington are displayed side by side in white, light blue, and dark blue, labelled the oria, atelier, and muse.
A promotional construction site hoarding displays branding for 100 Kensington, interior and exterior views, a close-up of a woman's face, and lifestyle imagery.
