In 2019, Blackstone created a new, pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, Mileway. With more than 1,700 logistics assets (accounting for over 160M square feet of space) and a growing portfolio through strategic acquisitions, J2 implemented the Mileway brand across all touchpoints, and across Europe-wide occupational, intermediary, and institutional markets.

Our work with Mileway has included defining design principles, delivering pan-European microsites, and achieving powerful results through performance marketing, generating a 550% ROI within the first six months of our involvement.
