Our solution? Stone Studios, a brand rooted in heritage and creativity. We engaged the community by turning blank hoarding into a canvas for London Mural Festival artists. The result? A record-breaking launch, 15% above sales targets, and such high demand that marketing had to be paused, Telford Homes' best-performing scheme to date.
Our solution was Stone Studios, a new development combining heritage and creativity. We considered the local community in every aspect of our branding – even putting up blank hoarding and inviting artists from the London Mural Festival to use it as a canvas for unique artwork showcasing the creativity and individuality of Hackney Wick.

After winning the pitch, producing the campaign, and supporting Telford Homes as it launched the development, our work played a critical part in exceeding sales targets by over 15%. Stone Studios continues to be Telford Homes’ best-performing scheme, and the only case of it actually having to pause marketing due to overwhelming demand.
