Reinventing London’s most remarkable retail space

Every location comes with its own distinct features and sense of place. But some also have a history and heritage that elevates them above the rest, offering a very special opportunity to shape the future of something exceptional. Iconic and awe-inspiring – The Royal Exchange is a London landmark, and we were thrilled to be tasked with the challenge of creating a campaign that would both celebrate its heritage and open minds to a progressive future for this one-of-a-kind retail destination.

Alongside tactical B2B leasing activity for the wider scheme, we developed a new brand and campaign for a completely unique venue, Mezzanine, that challenged perceptions and reimagined the possibilities of the space. A film and event were central to the leasing campaign, supported by brochures and a website.

A bespoke, immersive brand experience

To reframe the space and take the audience on a journey of discovery, agents were invited to a luxurious morning launch – curated, designed and delivered by our strategy and creative teams. A specially created audio guide allowed guests to tour the space independently, encountering acrobatic yoga performers and an immersive projection installation, before culminating in a breakfast catered by flagship occupiers Fortnum & Mason and Grind.
