The Royal Exchange, a London icon, needed a campaign that honored its heritage while embracing a progressive future for the space.

Tasked with redefining its retail potential, we crafted a dynamic brand and leasing campaign for a unique venue, Mezzanine, challenging perceptions of the space. A cinematic film, event, and immersive launch—featuring acrobatic yoga, a custom audio tour, and a luxury breakfast—transformed the venue into a must-see destination, securing its place as a one-of-a-kind retail experience.

A bespoke, immersive brand experience

To reframe the space and take the audience on a journey of discovery, agents were invited to a luxurious morning launch – curated, designed and delivered by our strategy and creative teams. A specially created audio guide allowed guests to tour the space independently, encountering acrobatic yoga performers and an immersive projection installation, before culminating in a breakfast catered by flagship occupiers Fortnum & Mason and Grind.
