The making of a new destination

Nestled on the fringes of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, a new destination is emerging.

Nowhere else in London offers the same world-leading arts and culture venues, such a vast array of shops, and every kind of sporting event you can think of - all surrounded by beautiful parkland.

Our challenge was the fact that each of these component parts were operating in isolation. We needed to stitch the whole story together to attract new office, retail and residential occupiers, as well as visitors.

The solution was to create an ever-evolving, never-boring destination that always provides something new to explore. We called it Stratford Cross.
