About

For Telford Homes, we created Stone Studios, a new identity for a residential development in Hackney Wick that went big on heritage and creativity.

True to its surrounding area and the people who bring it to life, the campaign was a celebration of uncompromised character and authentic living. It was successful too, with all 110 apartments selling within 18 months of launch.

Text on distressed yellow wood reads: EVERY DAY IS ANYTHING BUT EVERY DAY. Hackney Wick for authenticity, for diversity. Raw expressive authentic living. Stars accent the design.

Uncompromised character

The campaign was inspired by the idea of raw, expressive, authentic living, with every touchpoint reflecting the area's creative heritage - from branding and digital to interiors and signage.

We pushed things further too. Rather than covering the hoarding in key messages and polished imagery, we left the space blank and invited artists from the London Mural Festival to use it as a canvas, showcasing the creativity and individuality of the neighbourhood.

Too much demand to keep up

All 110 apartments were sold within 18 months of the brand launch with sales targets beaten by over 15%. Stone Studios remains Telford Homes' best-performing scheme – and the only one where marketing had to be paused because demand was too high. Talk about champagne problems.
