About

New Zealand House is one of London's most celebrated modernist icons. Standing proud above St James's, the building offers panoramic 360° views of central London few others can match.

After The Crown Estate reinvigorated the building, we repositioned this Haymarket landmark as a best-in-class HQ destination with its own special alchemy of style, sustainability and extraordinary experiences.

A modernist mindset

Our identity for New Zealand House celebrates the building's modernist spirit, with a discerning, lifestyle-first brand that puts style, sustainability and extraordinary experiences front of mind for prospective occupiers.

Repositioning the landmark as a world-class HQ destination delivering 48,000 sq ft of design-led workspace, we helped The Crown Estate set an ambitious precedent for future workspace in the West End and beyond.

Royal Opera Arcade

Icon Above. Retail Below.

The redevelopment includes the historic Royal Opera Arcade beneath New Zealand House. As London's oldest surviving shopping arcade, it had to be sensitively rebranded as a destination in its own right.

We created an identity rooted in its gilded history, with a shared visual language connecting it to New Zealand House above. Together, the two feel part of the same story, while each retains a distinctive character of its own.
