IT Support Engineer (macOS)

We are J2, an award-winning creative agency looking for a passionate IT Support Engineer to join our growing team based in our London or Hertfordshire office.

J2 is a creative agency with a current headcount of over 70 and built around a culture of achieving great things together. It’s a relaxed environment, but that doesn’t hide the fact – we are on a mission to be the best agency in our space.

We’re looking for someone to help support our team with all things IT, and assist in expanding our existing IT infrastructure.

We are almost exclusively running on macOS, with only a few Windows users. It is therefore important to have strong experience using macOS.

We’re looking for someone who has a genuine passion for IT, and we’d like you to:

• Have a strong attention to detail.
• Be an expert using macOS.
• Have experience using Synology, or shared file storage.
• Have experience managing Ubiquiti equipment.
• Have experience maintaining an Office 365 tenant.
• Have a good understanding of networking.
