Using tech to tackle the pandemic
Access Hospitality provides industry-leading software that helps businesses drive efficiencies, improve profit margins, and reduce admin time. But when COVID-19 hit the hospitality industry hard, Access had two options: Stop all lead generation activity, or pivot its marketing approach to engage, add value, and support an industry in distress.
It chose the latter, and we were there to help the brand promote a range of comms and resources, including a Corona Hub designed not to sell but to support a valued customer base during extremely tough trading conditions. The J2 performance team worked closely with Access to define key audiences and create tailored social media campaigns to help guide them – positioning the brand as an industry leader in hospitality technology.

And as things have started opening back up, we’ve continued to support the business with a proactive, positive campaign activation for its ground-breaking hospitality suite, Access Juice. Leveraging vibrant, conversational creative, we’ve engaged established audiences across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, and are now pushing their B2B boundaries with expansion into TikTok.
